BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Led by our Head Coach Jon Calestine.
Jon is a jiu-jitsu black belt under Daisuke Yamaji of the Renzo Gracie Fight Academy, having also worked extensively with Tony B, Eddie Cummings, and John Danaher. Widely regarded as one of the top 145 pound grapplers of his generation in the submission only professional grappling circuit, Calestine is best known for his wins at the Eddie Bravo Invitational, Onnit Invitational, Sapateiro Invitational, and Finishers Sub-Only.
WILLY BEES MUAY THAI & JIU-JITSU (KIDS PROGRAM)
We designed a great martial arts program for kids ages 5-17 based around the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai. In this class, your children will develop discipline, coordination, strength, mental toughness and cardio while learning to work in a team building environment. AND most importantly – meet a lot of friends & have a ton of fun!
MOVEMENT, STRENGTH AND POWER
Warm up, workout, and win. Not just another high-intensity class that is going to give you a near-death experience with complicated exercises. Our Movement, Strength, Power Classes are designed to make you athletic, leaner and healthy. You will sprint, jump, throw, laugh and lift. It’s our priority to have a proper coach to client ratio in our classes. You’ll get the attention you need to move safely and hit your goals without feeling lost in the group.
STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
This isn’t just another Yoga class, you will get strong and flexible, and owning that new range of motion. Our Stretch & Strengthen class will increase your joint health, mobility, and stability which will elevate your athletic performance. This class will speed up your recovery time so you are ready to train tomorrow, the next day, the day after that, and so on. This class will basically let you do more work. We’re making active recovery fun!
